Thanks to the generosity of our grant funders and sponsors for this event, we are able to substantially subsidise conference fees and accommodation costs for affected families and individuals wishing to attend this event.
You can choose either the Residential OR Non-Residential Option.
The Woodlands Event Centre is a dedicated Conference Facility, with limited Family Rooms. Concessions are available for families needing more than one bedroom, please contact our staff team for further information.

An activity programme for children and young adults will run alongside the main Conference programme.
The Programme is free of charge and delivered by a team of trained volunteers. This year, participants will enjoy an off-site visit on Saturday 21st September and on-site activities on Sunday 22nd September.
Limited funds are available to support those who may need assistance to attend this event. For further information, please contact a member of the NPUK Staff Team (details below), all applications will be treated in confidence.

All accommodation charges must be settled in full on or before Sunday 22nd September 2019. It is the sole responsibility of the individual delegate to settle in full, prior to departure, additional extras charged to your room during the course of the weekend, unless previously agreed.
