“Time to Talk” (Virtual Elevenses – Webinar Series)

Posted: 04.04.20

At this time of social distancing, it has never been more important to stay in touch. Being able to see each other’s faces and to reach out virtually to those we love and miss is essential. This virus may be isolating us but it is also uniting us – more than ever, we are in this together. We are vulnerable together, anxious together, sad together, scared together, and – most importantly – hopeful.

We have to do what we can to take care of each other, but first of all we have to take care of ourselves, both our physical and emotional health.

Join us on Wednesday 8th April at 11am, for the first of our #timetotalk Webinar series. This virtual ‘elevenses’ will enable you to bring your coffee and cake, your tea and biscuits or your fruit smoothie and see the morning out with a chat. Each week we will introduce a different theme, starting with ‘Self Care: All in the Mind’. If you have any ideas for future topics, please let us know!

The event will take place via Zoom, you will need wifi and a webcam to get the most of the experience. To register, click here. If you have any questions, please contact us at any time by email: info@npuk.org or phone;0191 415 0693
